Who is this bootcamp for?

This is for anyone who feels bloated, inflamed, confused by food triggers, or disconnected from their digestion — and wants to start understanding what’s actually going on in a simple, empowering way. Whether you’re brand new to gut healing or have tried all the things, this is your next step.

 What if I can’t attend the live Zoom sessions?

No worries at all! All 3 trainings will be recorded and uploaded to your private Practice Better group space so you can watch (or rewatch!) anytime that works for you.

What’s the time commitment?

You’ll have one 60-minute Zoom session per week, plus optional weekly check-ins and action steps you can do in 5-10 minutes per day. Everything is designed to be doable and flexible — even for busy schedules.

Will we get personalized support?

You’ll have access to the group chat in Practice Better to ask questions and get feedback throughout the 3 weeks. For personalized deep-dive support, you’ll get a special discount to apply toward my 1:1 Root Cause Program or the full Gut Reset Group Program after the bootcamp.

Do I need to follow a strict meal plan or take supplements?

Nope! This bootcamp is all about education and body awareness. While we’ll talk about food, digestion, and habits that support your gut, there are no diets, restrictions, or supplement protocols required.

What’s included in the EFT Tapping Bonus?

You’ll receive a gentle pre-recorded EFT tapping video designed to help you release emotional stress and energy stuck in the gut. This powerful practice supports your digestion by calming your nervous system and helping your body shift into a state of receiving.
